Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead the branch team and own the local P&L. You will collaborate with leadership to grow sales, hire and develop staff, and drive operational efficiency across receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management.

The role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives, with a focus on expanding customer base, improving processes, and leveraging CE technology to achieve results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience managing in a B2B distribution or wholesale sales environment.
• Ability to lead a team and develop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan to reach goals.
• Sales Excellence: Demonstrate sales excellence daily.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the branch team.
• Customer Growth: Expand existing customers and identify new channels.
• Technology Utilization: Use CE’s technology to grow sales and promote efficiency.
