Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead the branch team and own the P&L. You will work with leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, and improve operational efficiency, including receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management.

The position offers performance-based bonuses and commissions, with opportunities across a nationwide HVAC/R distribution network. Ideal candidates have proven retail leadership and a track record of sales growth.

• Experience leading retail teams.
