You will drive sales with licensed HVAC dealers and contractors, hire and develop staff, and improve operational efficiency across receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management to ensure the branch's success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a B2B distribution/wholesale sales environment.
• Ability to lead a team and manage P&L responsibilities.
