Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Humble, TX is hiring a Branch Sales Manager to lead the branch team, own the branch P&L, and drive sales through dealers and contractors. You will partner with leadership to grow sales, recruit and develop staff, and improve operations across receiving, shipping, sourcing and inventory management.

Performance-based bonuses are available. The role emphasizes sales strategy, team leadership, customer growth, and use of CE technology to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and leading teams with profit/loss responsibility.
• Retail sales leadership experience and strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to grow sales in a retail/distribution environment.
• Experience using customer, market, and competitor data for planning.
• Ability to work in a team and drive sales strategies.
• Experience with sales/inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales plan to achieve and exceed goals.
• Demonstrate sales excellence on a daily basis.
• Lead and motivate the branch team for performance.
• Grow the customer base and identify new sales channels.
• Leverage CE technology to drive sales and operations.
• Train and develop team members to exceed objectives.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
