Carrier Enterprise Houston is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead the local team and own the branch P&L. You will drive sales growth, hire and develop staff, improve operations, and manage day-to-day activities such as receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory control to ensure branch success.

The role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives, with a focus on expanding customer relationships and leveraging CE technology to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B distribution or wholesale sales is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage a team in a retail environment.
• Strong relationship-building and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with HVAC contractor networks is a plus.
