Job summary

Requires 5–7+ years of estimating, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with Trimble and Quote Soft. You will work with project teams, attend pre-bid conferences, and lead bid-turnover to ensure accurate, competitive bids.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of mechanical estimating in industrial, pharma, and heavy commercial projects.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, piping, and plumbing from drawings and specs.
• Attend pre-bid conferences as needed.
• Coordinate with Estimating Manager to target opportunities and schedules.
• Develop bid proposals aligned with client requirements and project scope.
• Analyze takeoffs, labor, and equipment costs for cost-effective solutions.
• Lead estimate turnover meetings for project handover.
