Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Controls Sales Specialist to drive large opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, and lead cross-functional efforts to modernize customer systems in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC controls sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex proposals while leveraging CRM data to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of HVAC controls sales experience.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry and market participants.

Responsibilities

• Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC.
• Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions.
• Manage complex multi service solutions proposals and CRM usage.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline.
• Demonstrate well developed sales skills including commercial acumen and integrity.
• Seek out and access new Controls opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Establish and build credibility with customers.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively.
