Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, and direct all contract functions for HVAC retrofit projects in the Kent, WA area. The role supports senior PMs for larger projects and coordinates designers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering/CM/business and 3+ years in HVAC or building controls, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or business management.
• 3+ years working experience in HVAC or building controls.
• Proven ability to coordinate site contractors and other personnel; manage schedules and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Create and manage design submittals, RFIs and change orders
• Work with Quality Control to prepare documentation
• Manage designers, subcontractors and vendors for timely, accurate information
• Review subcontractor/engineering performance and provide feedback to PM
• Coordinate purchase of supplies and maintain inventory
• Review and approve design submittals for compliance
