Job summary

Premier Energy Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own projects from start to finish, coordinating customers, field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors. You will oversee commercial HVAC, mechanical, and building automation projects, keeping them organized and on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in project budgets, costs, schedules, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction, HVAC, mechanical systems, building automation, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Ability to review project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, schedules, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial HVAC, mechanical, and building automation projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, equipment, and materials.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, labor costs, and overall profitability.
• Review project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Maintain communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams throughout each project.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with company expectations.
