The role involves coordinating subcontractors, planning daily operations, and maintaining records while promoting safety and high-quality service across facilities and projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects.
• Strong in Windows and MS Office; able to submit proposals and coordinate site contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares forecasts and updates; ensures contract meets requirements.
• Leads a team of technical employees and maintains a trained workforce.
• Manages overall contract operations, including daily operations, maintenance, and subcontracts.
