Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader - Assembly to guide a production team in HVAC fabrication and assembly on-site in Delaware, OH.

You will monitor safety, quality and unit progression, conduct daily meetings, and ensure timely handovers while maintaining accurate time and performance records.

Starting pay is $31.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential; schedule is a weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm) with first-shift training for 2–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading production associates.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Familiarity with multiple departments and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and SOP compliance for the team.
• Lead daily Tier 1 safety and production meetings.
• Provide handover updates on unit status and stage.
• Maintain time and performance records for each member.
• Other duties as assigned as needed.
