Job summary

Wieland Provides, Inc. is hiring Weekday Production Assemblers to join our Verona, VA facility to assist in all facets of the assembly and manufacturing of commercial and industrial HVAC heat exchangers.

The role requires reading mechanical prints, operating tools, and ensuring quality, with starting pay of $24-$28 per hour and a 6:00am–4:30pm shift Monday through Thursday. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints, schematics, and routings.
• Ability to wear PPE and handle various materials safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in a medium industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work from mechanical prints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and similar instructions.
• Work with raw and synthetic materials following safety and quality guidelines.
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble, paint, braze, test, and move components and final product.
• Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality and conformity to prints and standards.
• Maintain required records.
