Job summary

Trane Technologies in Willowbrook, IL is seeking an Area Service Leader to guide service repair, upgrades, and installation for a portfolio of customers. You will lead a team of managers, coordinators and technicians to deliver world-class service with safety and efficiency at the core.

The role requires P&L responsibility, a track record of building service revenue, and strong leadership in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams.
• Strong project management skills for startups and customer requests.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is an asset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility; provide monthly revenue forecasts.
• Drive service agreement growth and repairs/installation turnover with sales alignment.
• Manage expenses and budget targets for overhead items.
• Oversee service coordination and ensure technician training aligns with demand.
• Lead, coach and develop service teams; drive process improvements.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and safe operations on site.
