Job summary

Logan Services, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator to qualify homeowner inquiries and schedule in-home appointments with our Comfort Advisors. You’ll be the first point of contact, learning customer needs and guiding conversations toward the right appointment.

No HVAC sales required—training is provided. You’ll work with multiple teams and contribute to meeting personal and team appointment and satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer interactions is preferred but not required.
• Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover needs.
• Comfortable guiding conversations toward scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in HVAC services.
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule in-home appointments.
• Match customers with the appropriate Comfort Advisor.
• Build rapport and create a great first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in our systems.
• Communicate appointment details with Sales and Comfort Advisors.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Dispatch, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Work toward goals for appointment booking, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
