Job summary

Logan Services is seeking an HVAC Project Coordinator to coordinate residential installations from sale to completion. You'll connect with customers, installers, sales, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

No HVAC experience is required; transferable skills in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, and operations are welcome. This role offers a Monday–Friday on-site schedule in Dayton, OH, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of scheduling, dispatch, operations, or project coordination experience preferred.
• HVAC experience not required; transferable skills welcome.
• Excellent organization and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
• Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are prepared.
• Monitor projects from sale through completion.
• Coordinate installer schedules, Saturday availability, and time off.
• Monitor permits and customer balances; coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and installation records.
