Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs while speaking with customers.
