Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Account Manager – HVAC Service & Solutions to manage an assigned sales territory, collaborating with Independent Manufacturers’ Representatives, District and Service Center leadership, technicians, parts teams, and internal sales partners.

You will travel daily to meet customers, prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and guide projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with additional years of related work experience.
• 2-4+ years of related sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to travel territory daily.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, communications, or related field.
• Commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking software.
• Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales territory and partner with Independent Manufacturers’ Representatives, District and Service Center leadership, technicians and internal sales partners.
• Grow existing customer relationships and prospect new business.
• Develop sales opportunities using installed-base data and other lead-generation sources.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet customers, prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals, negotiate contracts and guide projects from concept through completion.
• Review competitive market offerings and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
• Leverage energy rebates, ROI analysis and payback estimates to support customer decision‑making.
