Job summary

Innovative Air is seeking an Account Manager to develop long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration with contractor and consulting engineer accounts. You will promote Innovative Air products and provide technical solutions to customers’ business needs while expanding the depth of offerings within each account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Builds partnering relationships with contractors and consultants responsible for decision-making to drive offerings.
• Develops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions with customer.
• Responsible for proposal preparation, pricing, and negotiation.
• Maintains project schedules, orders, and follow-up with customers.
• Participates as a member of account team on key and target customers and projects.
• Provides total account activity reports and annual forecasts.
