Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group member, seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain HVAC systems and perform on-site start-up. You will diagnose and repair equipment, conduct tests, and educate customers on operation and maintenance.

The role involves independent troubleshooting, pipefitting, brazing, and programming control systems using touchscreens and computers. A relevant degree or certificate and EPA certification are required, with safety and OSHA guideline adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or HVAC certificate required.
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification as needed.
• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment and on-site start-up procedures.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, pipefitting, and brazing of CATI/CATI equipment.
• Inspect and test systems to verify functionality and educate customers.
• Program control systems using touchscreens and computers, and document actions.
