Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting (estimating/engineering/sales).
• Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and codes (Wisconsin).
• Proven track record closing with GC, developers, owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development with general contractors and developers to secure high-margin contracts.
• Accurately estimate equipment, labor, materials, and vendor costs for projects.
• Translate requirements into design/build proposals with internal teams.
• Assemble winning bids with subquotes and clear packages for clients.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and handoff to field teams.
• Grow maintenance and retrofit contracts with established accounts.
