Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an HVAC Account Executive & Estimator for the Greater Madison area. This full-time, direct-hire role combines office estimating, client meetings, and on-site visits to win high-margin commercial projects.

Realized earnings potential is $150,000 to $300,000+ with a strong base and uncapped commissions. The position features 100% ESOP ownership and direct stock allocation, rewarding top performance and wealth-building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting, including estimating or sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and codes.
• Proven track record with General Contractors and commercial owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop market opportunities with general contractors, developers, and facility directors for new construction and service contracts.
• Accurately estimate equipment, labor, material, and vendor costs for commercial HVAC and piping projects.
• Translate client needs into high‑margin design/build proposals with internal teams.
• Prepare and submit winning bid packages with clear quotes and documentation.
• Participate in pre-bid activities and handoffs to field teams.
• Grow account portfolios for recurring maintenance and retrofit contracts.
