Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Caldwell, ID area to oversee high-voltage electric transmission and distribution projects nationwide. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, safety and quality, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in similar roles, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or business, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business, or related field; advanced degree or PMP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with project software is preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and manage the projected budget for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project Schedule of Values (SOV) and billing packages.
• Oversee pre-construction efforts including bid preparation and contract review.
• Provide cost forecasting and reporting; maintain project submittals and information requests.
• Manage invoicing and payments for completed scope; monitor weekly progress.
• Lead meetings and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
