Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, direction, and coordination of high-voltage transmission and distribution construction and maintenance projects nationwide. You will oversee conceptual development, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, quality, and implementation, with travel to Piketon, OH as needed.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in high-voltage transmission and distribution construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business required; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction efforts in bid preparation, contract review, and execution planning.
• Develop and manage budget projections for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project scheduling, progress, and cost reporting with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, vendor documentation, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies; communicate with stakeholders.
