Summit Line Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-voltage transmission and distribution construction projects nationwide. The role centers on planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control, with a project in Piketon, OH.

You will lead cost forecasting, submittals, and client communications. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PM experience, strong Excel and project software skills, and a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with project software is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or business; PMP or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor budgets.
• Develop, maintain Schedule of Values (SOV) and cost forecasts; prepare billing packages.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including bid prep and planning.
• Provide ongoing project cost forecasting and reporting.
• Create, track, and maintain project submittals and RFIs.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across construction activities.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
