Job summary

Summit Line Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating high‑voltage transmission and data center projects. You will support the project management team with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in CM, engineering or business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget tracking for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts and assist with revisions and additions to terms with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Help develop and manage Schedule of Values (SOV) and prepare billing packages.
• Organize progress tracking data for reporting.
• Assist in organizing data into Project Completion Tracking documents.
