Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services subsidiary, seeks a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. You will support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, communication, and implementation to ensure successful project execution.

The role focuses on project support, documentation, and stakeholder coordination within a construction environment. Excellent Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing directions.
• High school diploma required; an Associate degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget tracking for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Support the preparation of contracts and revisions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage Schedule of Values (SOV), update based on production, and prepare billing packages.
• Organize and prepare progress tracking data for reporting.
• Assist in organizing data into Project Completion Tracking documents.
• Maintain electronic and printed project documents and support RFIs and submittals.
• Communicate with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Interpret plans and contract terms for staff and clients.
