Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support high-voltage transmission and data center projects. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting to ensure successful execution.

You will collaborate with the project management team, coordinate stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and help maintain contract documents while adapting to a fast-paced environment across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget tracking for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Help prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage Schedule of Values (SOV), update based on production, and prepare billing packages.
• Organize and prepare progress tracking data to be reported.
• Assist in the organization of data into Project Completion Tracking documents.
• Maintain electronic and printed files in line with document control practices.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress reports for construction activities.
• Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, including submittals and RFIs.
• Communicate with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, or engineers to discuss and resolve matters.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
• Develop and maintain project material trackers based on BOMs and drawings.
• Support corrective actions to address delays, weather, or emergencies.
