Job summary

Summit Line Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating high-voltage transmission project work.

You will support the project management team with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and effective communication to ensure successful project execution. The role requires collaboration with supervision, subcontractors, and engineers, with a focus on timely reporting and data management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget tracking for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Support the preparation of contracts and assist with revisions and additions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help develop and manage Schedule of Values (SOV), update based on production, and prepare billing packages.
• Organize and prepare progress tracking data to be reported.
• Assist in the organization of data into Project Completion Tracking documents.
