Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Engineer to lead high voltage AIS and GIS substation EPC projects. You will develop design criteria, create design packages, and collaborate with sales and project management to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience in AIS/GIS substations EPC. You will contribute to a culture of proactive risk management and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 2–5 years in engineering roles within AIS/GIS Substations EPC
• Understanding of high voltage AIS/GIS equipment and electrical engineering principles
• Ability to develop and review technical documentation and specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead high voltage AIS and GIS substation projects to meet client needs
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with high quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with sales, PM, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges
• Develop design criteria and comprehensive design packages for construction and operation
• Promote proactive risk management and compliant engineering practices
• Contribute to Siemens Energy's reputation for safety and reliability
