Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a project manager to oversee high voltage service projects from handover to invoicing. You will coordinate across sales, field ops, and customers, guiding installation, testing, and energization of GIS substations.

The role emphasizes documentation, scheduling, and timely financial processes while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 5+ years of HV project experience and SAP expertise, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering; 5+ years of experience.
Experience with installation and commissioning of large GIS substation projects.
Knowledge of high voltage products, services, and their applications.
Experience with SAP, including Fiori and Cockpit modules.

Responsibilities

Coordinate order handover through execution, delivery confirmation and invoicing.
Oversee project documentation, scheduling, and resource alignment.
Support installation activities for large GIS substation projects.
Manage material delivery, field service timelines, and contractor activities.
Maintain communication with customers on progress, scheduling and closeout.
