Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and PE license preferred.
• 15+ years of related experience in power delivery.
• Experience leading regional or multi-office teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV substation projects from 13.8kV to 345kV, and act as Engineer of Record.
• Provide technical authority for substation physical design, AIS/GIS substations, grounding, and protection.
• Mentor engineers and developers, oversee performance, utilization, and resource planning.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from planning through startup.
