Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 15 years of related experience.
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead HV substation projects from 230kV to 345kV.
- Serve as Engineer of Record for substation physical design.
- Review deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams through design to startup.
- Drive engineering standards and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers and develop staff.
- Recruit and onboard engineering talent.
- Manage team utilization, budgets, and schedules.
- Support business development and client relationships.
