Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV SCADA Engineer II to support HV SCADA system design, configuration, testing and commissioning for utility-scale renewables and substations. You will work under established standards and supervision, with responsibilities spanning protection relays, meters, and HMIs, and you will travel on-site about 20% of the time.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in electrical/controls engineering and 2–4 years of SCADA experience, plus familiarity with RTAC, Quickset, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years SCADA engineering experience, substations preferred.
• Ability to read electrical single-line, equipment/layout drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review SCADA requirements for substations in renewable projects.
• Support design, development, and commissioning of HV SCADA systems.
• Program and commission RTACs, Phasor Data Concentrators, and HMIs.
• Coordinate network settings and IP assignments for substation equipment.
• Travel ~20% for onsite work and support.
