Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in medium- and high-voltage power systems.

Responsibilities

• Design HV power distribution and management systems for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, EV charging, microgrids).
• Prepare specs, calculations, drawings, and full construction packages for 15kV–200kV systems.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure standards compliance.
• Provide technical support for HV collection systems, substations, and transmission equipment up to 200kV.
• Perform electrical studies (short-circuit, arc flash, load flow, relay coordination).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across offices.
• Participate in project management tasks and shop drawing reviews.
• Mentor engineering staff within the Power Market team.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings and field reviews.
