Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and PE licensure or ability to obtain in 6 months.
- Minimum 5 years in consulting with medium/high-voltage power design.
- Experience preparing construction drawings, specs, and shop drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design medium- and high-voltage power systems for renewable energy projects.
- Prepare specifications, calculations, drawings, and construction packages up to 200kV.
- Conduct QA/QC to ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide technical support for substations and transmission equipment up to 200kV.
- Perform electrical studies: short-circuit, arc flash, load flow, relay coordination.
- Coordinate with offices and field personnel; participate in project management.
- Mentor engineers and design staff within the Power Market team.
