Job summary

PGT Services is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business in North America. This on-site role in Rochester, PA involves prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals within the freight logistics sector.

You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, building relationships with shippers and key decision-makers while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline and achieving weekly/monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in transportation or logistics is required.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling, and objection-handling abilities.
• Self-driven hunter mentality with performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Present customized transportation and logistics solutions.
• Onboard new accounts and coordinate transitions to operations.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting.
