Rptfreight is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for an on-site role in Moon, PA. You will own the sales lifecycle from lead generation to account growth, handling high-volume outbound outreach and daily client interactions to tailor transportation solutions.

You will build long-term partnerships, demonstrate trucking solutions, and drive KPIs for revenue growth. This role offers uncapped commissions and the chance to make an immediate impact in a growing logistics company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads and manage prospects; expand into new niche verticals.
• Manage ongoing outbound sales while maintaining current book of business.
• Develop and grow long-term partnerships with customers.
• Demonstrate trucking solutions and value to clients.
• Meet KPIs for load volume, net revenue, and gross revenue.
