Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation is seeking a Regional Account Sales Manager – Commercial in Riverside to aggressively pursue new logos and revenue within a defined territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to first service, building a robust Dynamics CRM pipeline and delivering tailored proposals to food service and commercial clients requiring grease trap and related liquid waste services.

Qualifications

• Hunter with proven new-logo acquisition in a defined territory.
• Experience building and executing territory sales plans.
• Strong prospecting skills: cold calls, field prospecting, referrals.
• Experience with multi-location, B2B service sales.
• Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics CRM.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new accounts within the assigned territory, owning the full sales cycle.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, field canvassing and referrals.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with target revenue and timelines.
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline aligned to service density and route economics.
• Deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and RFP responses to connect capabilities to needs.
• Structure recurring-service agreements and contract renewals for profitability.
• Identify multi-location expansion opportunities within accounts.
