Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business development (60–70% focus initially).
• Build and grow client relationships in the industrial / distribution space.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 recruiters.
• Manage key accounts while expanding into new logos.
• Execute full-cycle staffing strategy including client development and fill ratio improvement.
• Partner with leadership to scale branch performance and revenue.
• Maintain strong presence in the local market through meetings and networking.
