Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Bloomington to lead branch operations, develop recruiters, and deliver responsive customer service. This role is ideal for someone who knows recruiting, enjoys meeting people, and wants to grow local accounts.

You’ll grow customer relationships, lead hiring from sourcing to onboarding, and coach teams to achieve goals while ensuring compliant hiring practices and excellent service. Local travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coach, motivate, set expectations, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong communication with customers, candidates, employees, and community contacts.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; valid driver's license and vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customer relationships through strong service and account support.
• Lead recruiting and hiring from sourcing through onboarding and retention.
• Coach recruiters with clear expectations, feedback, recognition, accountability.
• Build connections across the local market through networking and outreach.
• Manage branch goals, budget, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliant hiring practices and employment law adherence.
• Provide flexible support outside normal business hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
