Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking hunter-minded B2B sales representatives to drive revenue, build relationships, and close deals for our Franchise owners.

This outside sales role requires prospecting, cold-calling, and meeting with decision-makers. You’ll own the full sales cycle, earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives, and have access to CRM tools and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years B2B field sales experience with direct success in prospecting, cold calling and sales quota achievement.
• Experience selling to SMBs, Mid-Market, or Corporate Accounts.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business – Prospect, cold-call, and network to identify high-potential clients
• Sell solutions, not just services – Position Coverall as a value-added partner
• Own the full sales cycle – From lead generation to closing deals
• Meet face-to-face with decision-makers – Business owners, facility directors, operations managers
• Hit aggressive Executive Level sales targets – We reward results with uncapped commission + bonuses
