City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our Commercial Business Solutions team in a designated territory. You will identify potential clients and nurture relationships to secure new service contracts, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.

The role requires hunter mentality, strong organization, and the ability to work across industrial, medical, and retail settings while prioritizing air quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Strong judgment and professionalism handling confidential materials.
• Proficient in report writing and correspondence.
• Strong math skills including rates, margins, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficient in telecommunication devices, email, fax, and CRM/Office software.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment.
