Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking a Hungarian-speaking Travel Support Advisor for on-site work in Sofia. This role supports Hungarian-speaking clients across channels, manages bookings, and handles inquiries from departure to arrival.

You will work with international teams, resolve complex travel issues, and document interactions in our internal database. A relocation package, full training, health insurance, and a monthly performance bonus are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) required.
• Professional English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Experience in travel, tourism or customer support preferred.
• EU passport or right to work in the EU.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level travel support and consultation to Hungarian-speaking clients.
• Manage bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for traveler inquiries from departure to arrival.
• Resolve complex travel issues with expert problem solving.
• Collaborate with global partners to share updates on destinations and policies.
• Document all requests and interactions in the internal database.
• Meet and exceed KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonus.
