Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an HR Operations Contractor for a 6-month W2 engagement. This fully remote role supports contingent workforce management, onboarding senior executives and international talent, and end-to-end contractor lifecycles, including developing SOWs and sourcing strategies with project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Fieldglass and process-management experience, plus knowledge of recruiting, contingent, and deployment systems.

Our client, a leading professional services and consulting firm, is hiring an HR Operations Contractor! This is also a fully remote role!

In this role, you will support contingent workforce management by sourcing and onboarding highly specialized contract talent, including senior executives and international talent. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of contractors, including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders.
