Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager to become the vital link supporting our Leadership Organizational Capability programs across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end program operations for leadership initiatives
• Handle delivery schedules, logistics, communications, and room/resource preparedness
• Support participant enrollment and learning administration
• Manage materials and external vendor relationships
• Administer learning platforms and facilitate reporting
• Solve operational challenges and proactively manage risks
• Partner with program owners, facilitators, Facilities, and site teams for flawless execution

Pay: $36 per hour Duration: 1 year temp with possible hire

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources operations, program management, or a related area
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Experience with learning or leadership development programs (a plus!)
• Skilled in using learning platforms and reporting tools
