Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training for a fully remote 12-month assignment. You will design and deliver training programs across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats, using Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in training-related field.
• 4+ years of instructional design, adult learning, and e-learning experience.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or work samples required with resume.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs using adult learning principles across classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job formats.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
• Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure training content alignment and accuracy.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.
• Maintain and update training content and LMS entries as processes and systems evolve.
• Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users for classroom delivery.
• Track and report training development and delivery progress for continuous improvement.

What’s a typical day as Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training?

You’ll be:

• Designing and delivering training programs using adult learning principles across classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job formats.

• Possess strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
