Responsibilities

  • Scheduling high-volume on-site, phone, and virtual interviews across Houston and Canadian campuses
  • Coordinating candidate travel logistics and interview expenses
  • Completing I-9 employment verifications
  • Managing intake ticket queues and triaging requests
  • Producing detailed confirmation emails with interview details
  • Preparing candidates for campus visits with security access and directions
  • Providing real-time day-of interview support and troubleshooting scheduling issues
  • Coordinating post-onsite debrief sessions within 48 hours of final interviews
  • Updating candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors) with backup support

$34.00 per hour

What's a typical day as a Recruiting Coordinator? You'll be:
  • Scheduling high-volume on-site, phone, and virtual interviews across Houston and Canadian campuses

  • Coordinating candidate travel logistics, reconciling interview-related expenses, and completing I-9 employment verifications

  • Managing intake ticket queues by triaging requests, assigning tasks, and ensuring all required interview details are complete

  • Partnering with candidates, interviewers, and Executive Assistants to secure availability and issue detailed confirmation emails

  • Preparing candidates for campus visits by coordinating security access, sending directions, and delivering clear instructions

  • Providing real-time day-of interview support, autonomously troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, interviewer no-shows, and logistics issues

  • Coordinating post-onsite debrief sessions with recruiters and interview panels within 48 hours of final interviews

  • Accurately updating candidate records and tracking status in the ATS (SuccessFactors) while maintaining active peer backup support

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Bring 5+ years of dedicated Recruiting Coordinator or Onboarding Coordinator experience (any industry welcome)

  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent ( Bachelor’s degree preferred )

  • Have prior hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System ( SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable)

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and possess strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills

  • Are committed and able to work 100% on-site, 5 days per week at the campus in Spring, Texas
