Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Boise, Idaho. The role pays $20.00/hour and runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, receive materials, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

The position requires 2+ years in a warehouse, ability to lift heavy loads, and comfort with varying temperatures. Safety-focused and attendance-driven candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical duties in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts to support daily operations.
• Receive and store incoming materials following WMS processes.
• Select, pack, and palletize shipments for timely delivery.
• Sort and pack LTL shipments and conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.

Salary- $20.00/hour

Shift Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts to facilitate smooth operations.

• Receiving and storing incoming materials in accordance with warehouse management system processes.

• Selecting, packing, and palletizing shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Sorting and packing less-than-truckload shipments and conducting cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Maintaining a clean warehouse environment by following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years old and can perform physical requirements in a warehouse environment, including lifting various loads and climbing ladders.

• Have a strong work ethic and a history of good attendance.

• Bring 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting, with prior experience using a warehouse management system preferred.

• Are comfortable working in various temperatures and are capable of passing pre-employment physical testing. Have steel toe boots.
