Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a three-shift warehouse with about 100 employees. You will own full-cycle hiring for all warehouse roles and build onboarding that gets new hires productive quickly while boosting retention.

You’ll need to be on the floor, approachable, and ready to solve issues at their source. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus and a strong asset for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring for warehouse roles (shipping/receiving, leads, supervisors, forklift operators, order pickers, inventory specialists).
• Create onboarding processes that ramp new hires efficiently and engage them long-term.
• Be visible on the floor to anticipate and solve problems before they escalate.
• Partner with managers to forecast staffing and build a strong retention strategy.

Job description

This person will be the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a three shift approximately 100 employee warehouse.

This person needs to have experience recruiting and hiring people in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume hourly environment and needs to be able to create an environment where people want to stay.

This person will run full-cycle hiring for the entire building: shipping and receiving managers, leads and supervisors, forklift and reach truck operators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists. That means sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring.

Create an onboarding process that gets a new hire productive fast and keeps them coming back and engaged.

This person will need to be present on the floor and be known and approachable so that problems can be solved before they become bigger issues.

Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus.
