Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehousing activities and ensure production, quality, and customer service standards are met. You will coordinate staffing, train new hires, and report on performance while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a strong background in warehouse operations, and the ability to drive productivity on a 4pm–5am schedule from Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through daily operations.

• Measure and report warehousing performance.
• Organize and maintain work areas.
• Coach employees and communicate expectations.

• Interface with customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and use reports to project status.
• Identify improvements and adjust existing procedures.

Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share. Must be fluent in English and Spanish!

• Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
• Organize and maintain the work area.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Other duties as assigned

Pay rate:

$60k- $65k/year

Shift:

Monday - Thursday

5pm - 4am

Benefits:

Health Insurance- after 30 days

PTO- after 90 days

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
